Elements Mgt was founded in March 2004 by Penny Gordon
and Mariana Asprey.
Between the two of us we’ve been doing this for over 27 years – we came from different beginnings – high fashion magazines, national newspapers, the city and active lifestyle brands – but ended up together because of our joint passion for the aspirational lifestyle imagery we create.
We discovered a secret ingredient to producing photographs that caught people’s attention… Reality.
Not as easy as you might think to achieve, but when you get it right, it works.
We were totally inspired by people we’d met through work – extreme sports guys and girls whose contagious passion brought a new effortless believability to our imagery.
After working out why this happened – the rest was simple… Harness the philosophy and spread it through almost limitless arenas.
We started small and grew organically, treating each new client like gold dust… we’ve certainly grown but nothing’s changed.
We’d love to thank a few people who believed in what we were trying to do, people who pointed us in the right direction, and went out on a limb to help us…
